What this site collects
Nothing, unless you submit the inquiry form. The site loads no analytics, no tag manager, no advertising pixel and no third-party script of any kind. It sets no cookies for tracking. It does not build a profile of you, and it cannot follow you to other sites.
If you submit the inquiry form
We collect the details you enter: your name, email address, organisation, role and country, the inquiry type, and any optional project detail or message you choose to add. We use them for one purpose, which is to respond to your inquiry and continue the resulting conversation.
Consent to be replied to is collected separately from consent to receive occasional engineering notes. Neither box is pre-ticked. Agreeing to one does not opt you into the other, and you can withdraw the second at any time without affecting the first.
Where it goes
The inquiry form is currently switched off, so no personal data is being collected through this website at all. It is turned back on only when a system exists to receive a submission, and the notice above describes what will happen then.
We do not sell personal data, we do not share it for anyone else’s marketing, and we do not put it into analytics or error monitoring.
How long we keep it
Inquiries that do not lead to a project are deleted within 24 months. Where an inquiry leads to a commercial relationship, the associated records are retained for as long as that relationship and the applicable legal and contractual obligations require, and then deleted.
Your rights
You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it, or withdraw a consent you previously gave. A monitored address for these requests is published here as soon as it is confirmed. While the form is off, this website collects no personal data to hold.
Confidential material
Please do not send tender documents, contracts, drawings or anything under a non-disclosure obligation through this form. A public web form is not an appropriate channel for it. If material of that kind is needed, we will agree a secure route with you first.
Changes
If this notice changes, the date above changes with it. Material changes to how we use personal data will not be applied retrospectively to data already collected under an earlier version.
