Chiel Smits is the Chief Executive Officer and owner of Starneth Holding B.V. A mechanical engineer by training, he brings extensive experience in managing the design and construction of major offshore, observation-wheel and mobility projects.

Zhejiang Juma Entertainment Co., Ltd. develops and manufactures landmark Ferris wheels and large-scale amusement equipment. Its strategic partnership with Starneth brings together observation-wheel design expertise and manufacturing capability.
Dingyuan Ma is the Founder of Juma, established in 1989. His industry recognition includes National Outstanding Private Entrepreneur and Zhejiang Economy Person of the Year. His leadership background includes Chairman of the Zhejiang Business Council.
Jian Ma is the Chairman of Juma. His industry roles include Expert Advisor to the World Cultural Tourism Industry Expo and Director of the Zhuji Entrepreneurs Association, bringing a cultural tourism and business perspective to the company.
Jianwen Huang is Juma's Chief Engineer. He serves on the National Ropeway Rides Standardization Technical Committee and the amusement branch of the Chinese Mechanical Engineering Society. His expertise includes special equipment accident analysis and technical standards.
